Customer service is great I was greeted as soon as I entered the building with a big welcome, warm smile, and just a all around great mood, my food came out hot and fresh before I could even finish filling up my drink!

Danielle and Skylar are extraordinary employees at the Soddy Daisy location!! They have servants hearts and always have a smile on their faces! This location is always so clean and we always love a Zaxbys trip!

The food is always good there. The price for the food is overpriced. $18 for a six piece chicken finger ridiculous

Got the tenders tossed in nuclear sauce. Phenomenal. Food was hot and delicious.

Cobb salad was great! Big salad with fresh greens, chicken,and really good blue cheese dressing.

Drive-thru visit. Food was of expected quality. Time spent in line was brief. My only complaint is there was no sauce. Normally they charge you for extra sauce, Since this one had no sauce then I docked them stars for service. If you are going to make a big deal about the sauces then so am I.

The quality and taste of the food was fine, but the customer service was lacking. We were not asked about whether we wanted additional sauces so ended up having to pay for them separately. Then for something to carry them in we were given what looked like a small cookie bag. Overall, it wasn't a bad experience but small things matter.
